The exterior and interior of this residential home were demolished and rebuilt. Remodeling included a new HVAC system, impact windows and doors, quartz countertops, porcelain flooring, pre-hung doors and trim, and a new roof line to install a single 16' impact and insulated garage door. We removed select walls, ceilings, plumbing, drywall, insulation, and ceiling fixtures, leaving nothing but beams and unfinished flooring. Our cabinet shop designed and fabricated a custom kitchen, island, vanities, bar, desk, and a wall unit with accent LED lighting. The relocation of the home's sinks, toilets, and drains; installation of LED lighting throughout the ceilings; and structure of the sunroom's power blinds and folding doors make it a beautiful centerpiece.
